AnLstudio는 파트너뿐 아니라 사무실 참여자(crew)까지 독립적이면서도 수평적인 네트워크로 연결된 작업 방식의 ‘과정’을 중요시한다. 이를  위해 수직적 조직이 되기 쉬운 사무소 형식이 아닌 스튜디오라는 유연한 형식을 취하면서 궁극적으로 모두가 책임과 크레딧을 공유하는 것을 목표로 한다. 모든 구성원이 기획, 설계부터 제작(시공)까지 참여하고 조율한다. 일상(의식주)의 모든 것을 공간과 관련된 것으로 간주하여 넓은 범위를 아우를 수 있는 말랑말랑하고 다재다능한 창작그룹을 지향한다. 더불어 다양한 생각과 문화를 존중하고 협력하여 새로운 가능성을 찾으려고 노력한다. 좁은 시야에 갇히지 않고 과거와 현재, 지역과 전체, 이상과 현실, 개인과 집단과 같은 21세기의 공간적 조건을 폭넓은 스텍트럼으로 탐구해, 다양하고 다채로운 삶, 도시, 그리고 많은 정보를 해석해 대안을 제시하려고 노력한다.

 In the name AnLstudio, “studio” is the most significant part. To us, it’s important to work through a process in which partners and studio crew are all connected in an independent, horizontal network. In adopting the form not of a practice, in which hierarchical structures easily form, but of a flexible studio, we ultimately aim to share responsibility and credit equally among ourselves. All of our members take part in and coordinate design and construction projects, from buildings involving actual planning permission to works that transcend the boundaries of architecture. We aspire to become a flexible, generalistic group, embracing a wide scope of work. We project this attitude both internally and externally, applying it to technicians, collaborating artists and even clients. That’s why we respect and collaborate with diverse ideas and cultures, working to discover new possibilities. Rejecting narrow perspectives, we explore a wide, 21st-century spectrum of spatial conditions including past and present, parts and wholes, ideals and realities, individuals and groups. We attempt to propose alternatives by interpreting lives, cities and a wide range of other information on various scales.
